Björn Isfält born 28 June 1942 was a Swedish composer and musician. During his lifetime he composed some of the most memorable Swedish film scores. Some of his most known soundtracks are En Kärlekshistoria (1970),Mitt liv som hund (1985), Änglagård - Andra Sommaren (1994) and Ronja Rövardotter (1984). 17 January 1997 at the age of 54, he passed away due to cancer. Isfält won a swedish "Guldbagge" award in 1989 for the music in the movie Resan till Melonia.
